We ask you to leave a message to make sure that we send you the 2.85 mm filaments but not the 3.00 mm old ones.

We used to manufacture the 3.00 mm filament, and several months ago we changed the 3.00 mm diameter into 2.85 mm, so now in our warehouses, there are both of them together.

For most of the 2.85/3.00 mm printers, the 3.00 mm Polymaker filament works well, but it could not fit the BCN Sigma, because the tube of this printer is too tight for 3.00 mm.

So if you are using the BCN Sigma and want to buy a filament of 2.85 mm diameter, we have to make sure that we are sending the 2.85 mm filament to you.
